Track roller in-depth maintenance manual

  2. Cleaning specifications

✓ Mud removal: Use a pointed hook to clean the groove of the wheel body (must be done after daily operation)

✓ Chemical cleaning: Soak the bearing position with diesel Lubricated every month (strong acid and alkaline solvents are prohibited)

 

  1. Lubrication management

▶ Grease injection standard:

NLGI 2# lithium-based grease (-30℃~120℃ working conditions)

Single wheel grease injection amount 15-20ml (with Lubricated gun pressure gauge reading reference)

▶ Rainy season countermeasures:

Superimpose waterproof sealing grease

 

  1. Clearance control

▷ Axial clearance:

New parts standard: 0.8-1.5mm

Limit value: 3mm (with feeler gauge usage diagram)

▷ Radial runout:

Laser detector deviation>1.2mm needs to be corrected

 

  1. Fault warning signal

Abnormal phenomenon

Possible causes

Emergency treatment plan

Heat on one side of the wheel

Bearing stuck (temperature > 90°C)

Stop the machine immediately and inject cooling grease

Lubricated leakage in the form of jets

Frame Lubricated seal rupture

Replace the sealing components within 48 hours

Abnormal noise accompanied by vibration

Raceway peeling (ferrography analysis)

Stop and disassemble to avoid secondary damage

➤ Modification plan:

Original single lip seal → double lip spring seal (waterproofness increased by 70%)

Recommended brands: Japan NOK or Germany CFW

 

  1. Bearing regeneration technology

➤ Ultrasonic cleaning + hot melt grease reconditioning technology (extend life by 50%)

 

  1. Intelligent monitoring system

➤ Install wireless temperature sensor (recommended: Fluke 3563)

➤ Data abnormalities are automatically pushed to maintenance personnel APP
